We care about your stay and we want to make sure you enjoy every minute spent in a homey apartment. We also think or our future guests and our neighbours when we kindly ask you to respect our house rules:
No smoking (allowed only on certain balconies, if available)
No pets, not even really cute ones ; )
No parties, not even really quiet ones ; )
Keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 9:00 (10 pm – 9 am), we care about our neighbours.
in case the police will be contacted, the fine is starting from €400
Towels and linens must stay where they belong, in the apartment.
For legal reasons, on the day of your arrival you will be asked to provide an ID before check-in.
Check-in: any time after 15:00 (3 pm).
Check-out: any time before 11:00 (11 am).
You’re welcome to request an early check-in or late check-out. We will need to confirm your request first and fees may apply. Checking out after the established time may result in additional fees. Any guest who is still in their homey after 11:00 (11 am) (who hasn’t confirmed a late checkout) will be charged for an extra night.
Any missing items or damages to the property or furniture will be charged.
