**There is no TV cable (the TV can be used for different apps – Netflix available). It is temporarily out of order.
***If you want the extensible sofa to be prepared for sleeping, you must notify us before the check-in time. Any request regarding the sleeping arrangement after the check-in may involve extra costs.

- IMPORTANT: To fully comply with Romanian regulations, we must ask all of our guests to complete the accommodation form. It is mandatory to send us a photo with your ID (even if you will not actually be staying) and a photo with the ID of all the people who will enter the apartment. The check-in procedure is possible only based on this documentation. PLEASE NOTE: All the IDs sent must be valid, Romanian legislation does not consider a driving license as an ID, the guest making the reservation should have +18 years, all the minors must be accompanied by a family member/legal tutor. Without fulfilling these conditions, check-in will not be possible.

Lovely place, right in the middle of everything, the place was clean and I felt like home. Alisa is an amazing host, she helped me with everything I needed!! Great communication! You can see the sky from the bed and it’s so relaxing.
